Private, personalised 1:1 menopause coaching offers a safe, confidential space to finally speak openly - without judgement.
I combine evidence-based menopause education with emotional support, mindset coaching, and practical tools for managing sleep, mood, overwhelm, confidence, and identity.

What the Process Looks Like
Step 1 - Discovery Call
(Free, 20 mins)
A relaxed chat by Zoom or phone - no pressure, just time to see if coaching feels right for you.
Step 2 - Your First Session
(60 mins)
Online or in-person in Omagh. We explore what’s happening for you right now and begin to create your personal plan.
Step 3 - Ongoing Coaching
Emotional grounding, practical guidance, and real-life action steps - with optional gentle check-ins between sessions if needed.
