Laugh - Learn - Feel Less Alone

First Tuesday of Every Month

On the first Tuesday of every month, a group of incredible midlife women meet in a safe, honest, uplifting space — to talk about what’s really going on.

No small talk.
No pretending everything is fine.
No “grin and bear it.”

Just real conversations about:

  • Hot flushes, hormones & identity shifts

  • Confidence dips & not feeling like yourself

  • Sleep, mood, stress, and overwhelm

  • Relationships, boundaries & self-worth

  • The mental load and the invisible pressure women carry

Each month has a different theme, and you’ll walk away with:

🦆Simple, practical tool you can use right away
🦆A moment to breathe, reset and feel seen
🦆Support from women who genuinely understand
🦆A sense of “I’m not the only one”
🦆And… a song for your pocket, a power anthem to play on the days you’re struggling

Think of it like emotional first aid for midlife.
A monthly tune-up for your confidence, identity and wellbeing.
A space where you don’t have to be “strong” — you just get to be you.

If you’ve been feeling wobbly… lost… overwhelmed… or like you don’t recognise yourself anymore — you’re not broken and you’re not alone.

You are welcome here.
Exactly as you are.

Love B 🦆

February 2026 - Menopause Monthly Meet up
£20.00

This isn’t about standing up and telling all your secrets. This is your safe monthly space to:

Hear menopause explained in simple, real terms (no medical jargon, no judgement).

Pick up practical tools to use on those days when life feels too much.

Connect with other women who “get it” — whether you want to chat, nod along, or just listen.

Leave feeling lighter, motivated, and part of a tribe that has your back.

Every month I’ll shine a light on one area of menopause — while still keeping space for the whole messy, magical, maddening picture. You’ll always leave with clarity, laughter, and a few golden nuggets to carry you through
